Jáder hásite jáder khushite
Viláiyá chinu nijere

Miche bhálabásá shúnye misheche
Asáratá sab dhará paŕe geche
(Áj) Cokh khule geche tomáre cinechi
Cháŕibo ná kabhu tomáre

(Áj) Ámár hiyár sakal áṋdhár
Náshi eso mor májháre

যাদের মোহেতে তোমারে ভুলেছি
তারা ছেড়ে গেছে আমারে
যাদের হাসিতে যাদের খুশিতে
বিলাইয়া ছিনু নিজেরে

মিছে ভালবাসা শূন্যে মিশেছে
অসারতা সব ধরা পড়ে গেছে
(আজ) চোখ খুলে গেছে তোমারে চিনেছি
ছাড়িবো না কভু তোমারে

(আজ) আমার হিয়ার সকল আঁধার
নাশি এসো মোর মাঝারে

Idolizing others, I have forgotten You;
Now, they've all forsaken me.
To make them smile, to give them pleasure,
I'd become depleted myself.

My false loves have come to naught;
Futility was all seen through.
Now, eyes opened, I've discerned Thee;
Never will I leave You.

Today, all stupidity of my heart,
Please come and destroy it from within.
