Kevala Bhakti (Roman Sanskrit: Kevalá Bhakti) means "complete non-attributional devotion". According to Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar, Parama Purusa can be attained only through "Kevala Bhakti".[1]
Description
Kevala Bhakti is a form of Bhakti (i.e. devotion). Bhakti is defined as,
Bhaktir Bhagavato sevá bhaktih prema svarúpinii;
Bhaktiránanda rupá ca bhakti bhaktasya jiivanam.
(Translation: Bhakti is service to God; bhakti is the form taken by divine love;
Bhakti is the embodiment of bliss; bhakti is the life of the devotee.]
Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar told, When a spiritual aspirant goes forward towards Parama Purusa by doing sadhana, he develops an exclusive devotion and exclusive love for God. This is called Kevala Bhakti. Sarkar told, only in this stage Bhakta's devotion reaches its fruition or culmination.
