রাতুল চরণ দুটি বাড়ালো

মন ও বুদ্ধি যারে বুঝিতে নারে
তবু সে পরাণ জিনিলো কি রে
তারই প্রীতি তার অমর গীতি
রূপে রাগে সব কিছু ভরালো
ভরালো ভরালো

সে অনুভূতি আমি ঢাকিতে নারি
হিয়ার আবেগ চাপিতে নাহি পারি
তারই হাসি তার মোহন বাঁশী
সুধার সুষমা প্রাণে জাগালো
জাগালো জাগালো

Who came into the recess of my mind?
Who is that unknown divinity,
extending his reddish feet?

My mind and intellect
cannot understand him.
And yet, he won my heart.

By his love and immortal song,
He filled everything
in beauty and colour.

I cannot express that experience
and cannot suppress that impulse of my heart.

His smile and enchanting flute
awakened nectar and beauty.
