Purodha is the designation applied to a senior acarya who is deemed worthy to hold the most responsible posts within Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha.[1]
Method of certification
Acaryas who have a minimum of five hundred initiates and are adept in the difficult and advanced system of Vishesa Yoga are eligible for purodha training.[1] After completing the training and passing the examination, the certificate of purodhaship is issued by the Purodha Board.
