Analysis
The fundamental principles of PROUT have been likened to the construction of a social pyramid with five layers.[1] Theory flows from top downward. Practice flows from bottom upward. As the theory of PROUT is based on practice, the first fundamental principle of PROUT appears at the bottom of the pyramid and not the top.
