Tumi áṋdhár pather álor minár
Bháuṋgá buke uttáp
Mor lalát́er candanasár
Jyotibhará niśpáp

শোণ আমার মর্মব্যথা

তুমি আঁধার পথের আলোর মিনার
ভাঙ্গা বুকে উত্তাপ
মোর ললাটের চন্দনসার
জ্যোতিভরা নিষ্পাপ
(তুমি) হারিয়ে যাওয়ার পাওয়ারই সুখ
তোমায় জেনে নিয়েছি

এসো কাছে হিয়া মাঝে
মধু ভরে রেখেছি
