O Lord, I want You close to me
Yourself I have craved so very nigh
during this festivity of light,
At this festival of light...
filled with rhythms, melodies,
Music full of tune and rhyme
and tunes as essence of life.
With this lifetime's wine.
There is no one with attributions

like You in the three worlds.
In the universe none is praiseworthy as You;
That is why I call You
So I keep saying: "beyond and free from attribute".
beyond attributes and without attributes.
We obtain the aggregate of all virtues
During ideation on You,
By the realization only Thine.
I find totality of all attributes.

I do not find mercy like You anywhere else.
We don't find compassion like unto You;
You always go on playing viin’a’ of mercy.
Ever You continue playing mercy's [[:wikipedia:Veena|lute]].
I find liberation and salvation
In the sky of mind we gain liberty and final rescue

Tomare ceyechi mor kache kache is the 3059th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tomáre ceyechi mor káche káche
Áloker e utsave
Chande sure rág ráginii bhare
Jiivaner e ásave

Tomár samán guńii tribhuvane nái
Guńátiita nirguń bale tháki tái
Sakal guńer morá samáhár pái
Tomári anubhave

Tomár samán karuńá náhi pái
Karuńár viińá bájiye calo sadái
Mukti mokśa cidákáshe morá pái
Mohaner ávirbháve

Yourself I have craved so very nigh
At this festival of light...
Music full of tune and rhyme
With this lifetime's wine.

In the universe none is praiseworthy as You;
So I keep saying: "beyond and free from attribute".
We obtain the aggregate of all virtues
By the realization only Thine.

We don't find compassion like unto You;
Ever You continue playing mercy's lute.
In the sky of mind we gain liberty and final rescue
Upon Mohan's[nb 2] coming into sight.
