Akashe sagare jethay misheche is the 1991st song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Ákáshe ságare (jetháy misheche)
Dúr diganta páre
He prabhu tomár sákśátakár
Habe ki tári dháre

Ákásh neveche jaladhi sparshe
Rúpe ráge raseri rabhase
Ámio cái tári májhe t́háṋi
Maiṋjula tava priitiháre

Jáni e nahe vrthá kalpaná
Púrńa karite ámár eśańá
Chandaliiláy nrtyasháláy
Bhuvane nácáo núpure

O lord,
beyond the horizon's extremity,
where the sky and the ocean meet,
in that vicinity,
do i long to meet you face to face.

In an upsurge of beauty, flow and colour
the sky descends and touches the ocean.
Within that, i long for shelter,
holding the beautiful garland of your love.

I know it is not merely useless imagination.
I know you shall fulfill my desire.

You make the world dance
with ankle bells,
with rhythmic illusion,
on the play's stage.
