Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Álor dhárá nece cale
Dhúlor e dharáte
Álor devatá eseche
Sabár hrdayete

Áloy svapnamadir kare
Álor jharńá t́hikre paŕe
Áloy náshe sakal kálo
Báhir bhitarete

Áṋdhár májhe álor káṋpan
Tamer buke shiver nácan
Muktajat́á dhúrjat́i áj
Elo dhará dite

The flow of effulgence,
keeps dancing on this dusty earth.

The divinity of effulgence has entered everyone's heart.
This effulgence intoxicates like a dream,
and its flow is scattered all around.

This light destroys all inner and outer darkness.
It vibrates in darkness,
as had been lord shiva's dance amidst darkness.

That divinity with the free-flowing, tufted, long hair
has come into fold today.
