Ámár hiyáy jata vyathá
Tumii bojho tumii jáno
Balte kabhu hay ná prabhu
Biná káne sabi shońo

Tomár tare je mor viraha
Je vyathá mane aharahah
Sabi bojho he cittavaha
Jathákáler lági din gońo

Mukhe jatai d́eke tháki
Mane tatai dúre rákhi
Bháver ghare cale ná pháṋki
Ámio máni tumio máno

আমার হিয়ায় যত ব্যথা
তুমিই বোঝ তুমিই জান
বলতে কভু হয় না প্রভু
বিনা কানে সবই শোণ

তোমার তরে যে মোর বিরহ
যে ব্যথা মনে অহরহঃ
সবই বোঝ হে চিত্তবহ
যথাকালের লাগি’ দিন গোণ

মুখে যতই ডেকে’ থাকি
মনে ততই দূরে রাখি
ভাবের ঘরে চলে না ফাঁকি
আমিও মানি ভুমিও মানো

In my heart whatever agony,
Only You understand, only You perceive.
Myself never speaking, Master Supreme,
Without ears everything You hear.

Due to You, the estrangement of me,
That pain is in mind constantly.
Everything You fathom, hey Bearer of Psyche;
You calculate the day for a time befitting.

However much vocally I remain calling,
So much in the mind far-remote I keep.
At abode of feeling, trickery does not succeed;
That, even I and also You concede.
