Ami tomar haye gechi is the 765th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Ámi tomár haye gechi
Tumi ámár kabe habe
Tava spandane náci go
Hiyá májhe tumi ná ásibe

Nabhoniile tárá jvale
Se ákáshe tháke mishe
Táráro májhe ákásho áche
E kathá háy ke bujhibe

Sajala ghana áyata áṋkhi
Máyámadir mamatá mákhi
Manera kathá áṋkhite rákhi
Asiimer sur kabe sádhibe

O Lord,
I have become yours,
when you shall be mine?

I dance to your vibrations,
will not you come into my heart?

In the blue colour of the sky,
stars twinkle,
and remain merged with the sky.

Within the stars also resides a sky.
Alas, who can understand this?

My moist, expanded and dark eyes,
with attachment and affection,
remain absorbed and intoxicated.

Preserving the feelings of my mind in my eyes,
when shall you attune them
to the melody of the infinite?
