Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Apár ananta tumi kibá jáni ámi
Tomár krpáy mor din cale jáy
Tomári nám niye tomári gán geye
Bhavapath dhare cali tava iccháy

Tomáre bhálabási tava náme káṋdi hási
Tava káje bár bár he prabhu dharáy ási
Jáhá tumi kariyá jáo
Jáhá tava abhipráya

Shástra álocaná darshan vijiṋán
Kichute ná pete páre tomári sandhán
Tava iccháte sabi hay
Hay tava karuńáy

O lord, you are endless and infinite,
but how can i fully realize this,
still my days are passing only by your grace.
baba, by taking your name and singing your song,
i am moving along on worldly path
according to your desire.
i love you, by your name, i laugh and cry.
O lord, for your work,
i come onto this earth again and again.
whatever You intend and do,
the commentaries on scriptures, philosophy, and science
these do not get You.
baba, according to your desire everything happens.
everything happens due to Your mercy, karuna'
