Appendix: Mahaprayana Divasa is the appendix of Ananda Marga Caryacarya Part 1 written by Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar. 21 October is the Mahaprayana Divasa of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar. In this chapter discusses how the Mahaprayana Divasa should be observed in Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha.[1]
Chapter synopsis
The chapter narrates the Mahaprayana Divasa should be observed with utmost reverence and dignity by all Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha units and Ananda Margis.[1]
Programmes on this day shall include nagar kiirtana, devotional songs of Prabhat Samgiita (without dance) appropriate to the solemnity of the occasion, akhańd́a kiirtana, shraddháiṋjali, vánii exhibition, bookstall, tree-planting, sadávrata, other welfare activities, prasáda distribution, Bábá stories (satsauṋga), tattvasabhá, conferences and symposia.[1]
Programme of akhand́a kiirtana may be arranged from October 21 till 3:30 p.m. on October 26, the date of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's cremation.[1]
