Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Arúpe chile tumi rúpe esecho
Dharáke áloke bhariyecho
Tomáke prańami báre báre ámi
Sudhá vasudháy d́helecho

Rúper e jagate jabe jedike cái
Tumi cháŕá kichu dekhite náhi pái
Uchaliyá ácho ańuparamáńute
Bhávátiiteo shudhu tumi ácho

Tumi biná káro kona gati nái
Sab ahamiká bháuṋgiyá paŕe tái
Lut́áy tava páy ei bharasáy
Karuńá dháráy tumi rájo

O lord, you were formless and came into form
and filled the world with light.
i salute you again and again.
you have pored nectar on the earth.
on this world of forms,
whenever and in whatever direction i see,
i am unable to observe anything other than You.
you are vibrant in atoms and molecules.
even in the world beyond thoughts,
only You exist. without You no one has any way out,
hence all prides and ego fall breaking.
they plunge at your feet,
with the confidence that you rule with flow of mercy.
