Varńachat́áy tava mahimáy
Dhará bháse ulláse

অশোকে পলাশে নব উল্লাসে
ঋতুরাজ আজ আসে

মলয় পবনে সঘন স্বপনে
ফুলের পরাগ ভাসে

ফুলের সুবাস সঙ্গে এলেছে
সকল মাধুরী লুটায়ে দিয়েছে
বিশ্বনিখিলে কবোষ্ণোনিলে
প্রাণের প্রদীপ হাসে

বর্ণচ্ছটায় তব মহিমায়
ধরা ভাসে উল্লাসে

At the ashoka and palash trees, in fresh jubilation,
The king of seasons comes today.

In the pollen that wafts through the air,
The king of seasons has come today.
Spring has brought the fragrance of blossoms,
Spreading sweetness all around.
In this boundless universe,
In the gentle breeze,
The lamp of life is smiling.
