Tava tare tár dvár khule geche
Khuleche khuleche
Ke ácha annahiin ke ácha vastrahiin
Tava tare sadávrata rayeche

Anáth átur ár thákibe ná keha
Sabái samabháve pábe tár sneha
Mánavatáke ár máthá guṋjibár
Táre jete habe ná taru niice

Kśudhá trśńár jválá sahite habe ná ár
Ár ná thákibe nipiiŕiter háhákár
Thákibe ná avidyá andhatamisrá
Mánuśer mane devatá jegeche

আসিয়াছে সেদিন ওগো আশ্রয়হীন
তব তরে তার দ্বার খুলে’ গেছে
খুলেছে খুলেছে
কে আছ অন্নহীন কে আছ বস্ত্রহীন
তব তরে সদাব্রত রয়েছে

অনাথ আতুর আর থাকিবে না কেহ
সবাই সমভাবে পাবে তার স্নেহ
মানবতাকে আর মাথা গুঁজিবার
তারে যেতে হবে না তরু নীচে

ক্ষুধা-তৃষ্ণার জ্বালা সহিতে হবে না আর
আর না থাকিবে নিপীড়িতের হাহাকার
থাকিবে না অবিদ্যা অন্ধতমিস্রা
মানুষের মনে দেবতা জেগেছে

O lord,
O one needing no shelter!

The day has come
when for you,
all doors opened up.

None remains
without food nor clothes,
when, for you,
free distribution prevails.

None remains
orphan and distressed any longer.

All attain his love equally.
In the shelter of humanity,
none has to lie under trees.

No more tolerating of pangs
of hunger and thirst,
no more of the distress call
of the exploited.

The darkness of avidya' is no more,
for, divinity has arisen
in the minds of human beings.
