Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Bhálabási tomáy ámi
Cái ná kichui vinimaye
Karmarata tumi niyata
Vishrám nio mor nilaye

Tumi ámár áshár álo
Sakal bhálor ceyeo bhálo
Násho maner nikaś kálo
Ámár dhará tomáy niye

He rudra he priyatama
Tomár shásan piiyúś sama
Tomár ásan shiirśatama
Tái to úrdhve rai tákiye

O lord, i love you, and do not want anything in exchange.
You are constantly engaged in action, rest for a while in my home.
You are my ray of hope; you are top amongst the best. destroy the
deep darkness of my mind, my world is for you. o dearest, o rudra,
the entity making others cry for their benefit, your control is like nectar.
Your seat is at the topmost point, that is why i always look upwards.
