Calar pathe prabhu klanti jadi ase is the 1938th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Calár pathe prabhu klánti jadi áse
Tumi utsáha jugio[nb 2]
Kájer pháṋke jháṋke jháṋke
Cintá jadi áse
Tumi sariye dio

Phuler madhur lobhete kiit́
Jadi áse manavane
Ghor varśańeri právrt́
Jadi d́háke niil gagane
Tumi ese mrdu hese
Samvit ánio

Shakti tomár ámi je kśiiń
Muktidátá tomár adhiin
Krpár áshe guńi je din
Áshár diip jválio

On journey, Lord, if come fatigue,
Please do furnish zeal.
In flocks, at breaks between deeds,
Should there come misgivings,
You remove them please.

Coveting the floral nectar, insects,
Should they enter psyche's garden...
Dense rains like in monsoon season,
Should they darken the blue heavens...
You please come with a smile genial
And elicit consciousness.

Yours is the power, I am feeble;
Savior, I am Your dependent.
With desire for grace the days I number,
Please ignite a lamp of expectation.

Notes

  1. ^ For details on the notation, see Roman Bengali transliteration.
  2. ^ In the audio recording, the last portion of this verse is sung only at the end, perhaps due to postproduction editing.
