Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Ceyechi tomáre maneri mukure
Jiivanke bhare mor prati pale
Tomáre bheve tava anubhave
Práńeri utsabe phule phale

Nityakáler priyatama ámár
Liilánande ácho mane sabákár
Sabári antare sabári báhire
Náciyá calecho priiti ucchale

Tomáre dekhi ni tomáre jáni ni
Bhálabásiyáchi kena tá bhávi ni
E kena-r kona uttaro cái ni
Shudhu cái krpákańá sukále akále

O lord, i loved you in the mirror of my mind,
filling my life each moment,
thinking of You, your experiences,
in the festivities of life
with flowers and fruits.
o dearest of mine, all the time,
you exist as the playful bliss
in all the minds of everyone.
you go on dancing in everyone's inside and outside,
with overwhelming love.
i have not seen you, or known you,
how still i love you, i cannot imagine.
i don't want the answer to this “why”,
i only want wee bit of your grace
during my good and bad times.
