Se karuńá bhulite ki pári
Dhará hayechila ánandaghana
Ánandasvarúpere heri

Kusume mádhurii bhare giyechilo
Madhute vakśa upaciyáchilo
Manera kánane gopane gahane
Ali esechilo guiṋjari

Áṋdhár bhediyá álo esechilo
Unmada man madhu mekhechilo
Trpta nayane drpta paráńe
Tomáre peyechi hiyá bhari

ধরা দিয়েছিলে মনের মুকুরে
সে করুণা ভুলিতে কি পারি
ধরা হয়েছিল আনন্দঘন
আনন্দস্বরূপেরে হেরি’

কুসুমে মাধুরী ভরে’ গিয়েছিলো
মধুতে বক্ষ উপচিয়াছিলো
মনের কাননে গোপনে গহনে
অলি এসেছিলো গুঞ্জরি’

আঁধার ভেদিয়া আলো এসেছিলো
উন্মদ মন মধু মেখেছিলো
তৃপ্ত নয়নে দৃপ্ত পরাণে
তোমারে পেয়েছি হিয়া ভরি’

In mind's mirror You had acquiesced;
That kindness I cannot forget.
Earth had become profoundly blissful,
Witnessing delight's true nature.

Sweetness had kept brimming in a blossom;
With its honey had a bosom overspilled.
Privately, in a niche of psyche's garden,
Bumblebee had come a-hummin'.

Light had arrived, piercing the dark;
A crazed mind had been dabbed with nectar.
With contented eyes and blazing fervor,
I've gained You; my heart is full.
