Járá áse áse jávár janye

এক পরিক্রমার হলো অন্ত
দিন তিথি বহে' যায়
বৎসর চলে যায়
কত ফুল ঝরে যায়
কত ফল পড়ে যায়
কত উত্তাপে ছন্দে গানেতে
কত উদ্বেগে অশ্রুধারাতে
বৎসর ছিলো মোর প্রাণে মিশে
আজি হায় হারাইয়া যায়
অজানায় সরে' যায়
যারা আসে আসে যাবার জন্যে
যারা যায় যায় আসার জন্যে
দূর নীলিমায় যারা ভেসে' যায়
তারা পুনঃ এসে' যায়
নব রূপে এসে' যায়
এক পরিক্রমার হলো অন্ত

One rotation[nb 1] is complete.
The days flowed on;
The year passed by.
So many flowers have fallen;
So many fruits have dropped.
With such fervour our songs were sung.
With such sorrow our tears flowed.
The year melded with my life,
And now, today, it is gone,
Flowing into oblivion.
Those who come, come to go.
Those who go, go to come.
Those gone into the blue
Will come again.
They will come in new form.
One rotation is complete.
