Eso eso is the 154th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2][3] This is the first of the five songs declared by Sarkar to be compulsory for all Ananda Margiis to learn. According to Sarkar, this song embodies the spirit of Iishvara Prańidhána (proactive surrender to the Supreme), which is the first lesson of meditation in Ananda Marga.

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Eso eso (prabhu)
Ámár hrdaye
Rátul carań mohan ánan
Miśt́imadhur hási niye

Tava náme práńe shiharan jáge
Raiṋjita hai tomári ráge
(Jáy) Tava gáne tava náce
Sab kichu mor miliye

Práńe práńe dhyáne dhyáne
Jái je ámi háriye
Eso eso (prabhu)
Ámár hrdaye
Eso eso (tumi)

Come, Lord, please do come
Into my heart-core...
Rosy feet and charming visage,
With a laugh, honey-pleasant.

On Your name, in life a thrill awakes;
I get dyed by just Your paint.
On Your song, in Your dance, goes
All that's mine, faded away.

Life after life, in every meditation,
Who I am, I get lost.
Come, Lord, please do come
Into my heart-core...
Come, You, please do come.
