Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Eso eso (tumi)
Ámári ghare
Manera ghar shubhra ráge
Sájáyechi tava tare

Priitidhúpe dhuiyáchi
Rauṋe rauṋe sájáyechi
Jata chila rág anurág
Ujáŕ kare diyechi bhare

Marmaváńii tumii shońa
Hiyár vyathá tumii jána
Ámáy shuńe ámáy jene
Mane eso krpá kare

Cáripáshe nikaśa kálo
Áṋdhár májhe tumii álo
Ámár jáhá kichu bhálo
Nece cale tomáre ghire

O lord,
come, come to my home!

For you,
I decorated my mental house with bright colours.

I washed it with the light of love,
and beautified it with different colours.

Whatever love and affection i had,
I poored its totally into it.

You listen to the voice of my core
and know the agony of my heart.
You listen to it and you know it.

Come into my mind
by granting your grace to me.

From all sides,
I remain surrounded by pitch darkness.
You are my only light.

Whatever belongs to me
ever keeps dancing around you.
