The cosmos conveys the sound of Your ankle bells; With Your jingling appeal, the blood thrills. ^ Dhyán is commonly translated as "meditation". More accurately, it is a process whereby the mind flows in a continuous stream toward the Supreme.
^ This might be a reference to the 100-petaled lotus at the guru cakra. In some techniques of tantric meditation, Gurudeva (one's personal representation of the Supreme) is seated upon that lotus.
