Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Eso niirava carańe
Ásana pátá rayeche priya
Marame vijane

Sájáye rekhechi mánasa kusume
Bahu jug dhari bahu parishrame
Madhu mákháyechi smari tava náme
Varańe varańe

Láj ghrńá bhay náhi je ámár
Tumii iśt́a abhiiśt́asár
Prárthii satata tava karuńár
Jiivane marańe

On silent feet please do come;
Your seat has been spread, my Love,
In solitude at heart's core.

With flowers, mind I've kept adorned
Through many ages with much labor.
Musing on Your glory, nectar I have plastered
In color after color.

No hatred, fear, or shame is mine;
You alone are my Ideal, gist of my desire.
Constantly for Your kindness I am begging
When I'm living and while dying.
