Ganer jagat kache peyechi is the 183rd song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Gáner jagat káche peyechi
Purono jiivan bhule giyechi

Tomáke peyechi sab peyechi
Sab chele khelá cheŕe diyechi
Purono jiivan bhule giyechi

Pataunga dháy pradiipera dike
Jáne ná se chot́e marańera mukhe
Cetan ke bhule jad́a niye thaká
Marań je táhá bujhe niyechi
Purono jiivan bhule giyechi

Chut́iá calibo tomár pánete,
Mátiá thákibo tomári gánete
Sakal cáoár sakal páoár,
Sheś kathá tumi sár jenechi
Purono jiivan bhule giyechi

I have attained the world of music.
I have forgotten the past.
In attaining You, I attained everything.
I have set aside childish plays.

As a moth flies towards the flame,
Not knowing it rushes into the face of death,
Similarly, abandoning spirit for matter is death
I have now understood this fact.

I shall henceforth rush towards You,
Singing only songs of You.

You are the end of all desires and attainments.
This essence I have come to realise.
