Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Gáner jagate bhese calecho
Práńer puruśa eká eká
Anádi tomár utsa hate
Ananta pathe ráge áṋká

Sure tále laye ucchala haye
Bháver mádhurii paŕeche chaŕáye
Bháva jáy bhávátiite misháye
Spandita kare niiháriká

Gán nei hena sthán kona nái
Jiivaner álo práńetei pái
Práńer parág chaŕiye je jái
Priiti sudhárase priiti mákhá

O lord of the heart, in the world of songs you go on gliding,
all alone. from your time immemorial origin, on the infinite path,
marking with colours. vibrating with melody, rhythm and tunes,
the sweetness of ideation is spread. the thoughts go on merging
the realm beyond thoughts, even vibrating the nebulae. there is
no place where there is no song. the light of life is obtained in
the heart. the fragrance of life goes on spreading absorbed in the
nectar juice of love.
