Tomáre bhevechi tomáre peyechi
Tomári chande tomári giite

Áṋdháre álo tumii d́hálo
Ámrá áni nikaśa kálo
Práń bhare tumi báso bhálo
Moder májhei já kichu viśama
Mukhe bali ek káje ár ek
Viśakumbha payomukhete

Bhálabásite tumii jáno
Sabáike nija bale máno
Dúrke káche t́ene áno
Bhed karo ná ghare parete

জ্যোৎস্না-রাতে চাঁদেরই সাথে
তোমারে ভেবেছি তোমারে পেয়েছি
তোমারই ছন্দে তোমারই গীতে

আঁধারে আলো তুমিই ঢালো
আমরা আনি নিকষ কালো
প্রাণ ভরে’ তুমি বাস ভালো
মোদের মাঝেই যা’ কিছু বিষম
মুখে বলি এক কাজে আর এক
বিষকুম্ভ পয়োমুখেতে

ভালবাসিতে তুমিই জান
সবাইকে নিজ বলে মান
দূরকে কাছে টেনে আন
ভেদ কর না ঘরে-পরেতে

Light upon the darkness You alone pour;
