Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Ke go tumi ele
Man mátáte manorathe
Ke go dolá dile
Mor cetanáy áji práte

Áloker path dhare tumi esecho
Sabár mádhurii sab keŕe niyecho
Nijer mádhurii sab d́hele diyecho
Ásiyácho sabákár práńa bharite

Surera path dhare tumi esecho
Sabár chanda sab keŕe niyecho
Nijer chanda sab d́hele diyecho
Ásiyácho sakalke gán shońáte

Oh, Who are You that arrived
On the chariot of mind to thrill my psyche?
Oh, Who are You that gave a jolt
To my consciousness this very morning.

Along the path of light You've come,
Absorbing all our common kindness.
Your own utter kindness You've conferred;
You've come to fill the lives of all.

In melodies You pulsate, stealing rhythms
And pouring forth Your own rhythm.
You have come to all
To sing Your song.
