Basiyá rayechi dvár khule diye
Dhúpe diipe phule ásana sájáye
Eso mor ghare baso mor ghare
Tháko mor ghare krpá kare
Kśańa tare ogo kśańa tare

Cira kál ámi tomáre smariba
Tava náme gáne mátiyá thákiba
Tomári manane tomári shravańe
Báṋciyá rahiba tomá tare

ধীরে ধীরে ধীরে ধীরে
ভালোবাসি এত কভু ভুলিনা তো
তবু ভাসাও কেন আঁখিনীরে

বসিয়া রয়েছি দ্বার খুলে দিয়ে
ধূপে দীপে ফুলে আসন সাজায়ে
এসো মোর ঘরে বসো মোর ঘরে
থাকো মোর ঘরে কৃপা করে
ক্ষণ তরে ওগো ক্ষণ তরে

চির কাল আমি তোমারে স্মরিব
তব নামে গানে মাতিয়া থাকিব
তোমারই মননে তোমারই শ্রবণে
বাঁচিয়া রহিব তোমা তরে
চির তরে ওগো চির তরে

O lord,
gradually open my eyes.

I love you so much,
and never forget you.
Why then, do you float me into tears?

I keep sitting by the open door
and maintain your seat decorated
with incense, lamps and flowers.

Come into my home and sit down,
Stay in my house with grace,
at least for a short while.

I shall always remember you
and remain ever engrossed
in your name and song.

By meditating on you
and hearing about you,
I shall forever survive.
