Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Páche dhará paŕa (tái ananta)
Hayecho ei kathá bujhite bákii nái
(Páche) Sabár májhe ese háráo milemishe
Bhaye bhaye lukáye ácho tái

Lukáye rayecho ákáshe ságare
Tridive gahane vátáse bhúdhare
Ákásh gauṋgáy dúr niihárikáy
Se bhálabásáy siimá náhi pái

Lukáye rayecho patrarekháy
Ghana varaśáy jaladera gáy
Dhvaḿse vibhiiśikáy madhura cetanáy
Manera maiṋjúśáy jeneo bhule jái

Lest You get caught, so You remain limitless;
Given this fact, there is nothing more to grasp.
Lest You get lost by mingling with everybody,
Cautiously, Yourself You keep concealed.

You've kept hidden in the sky and in the ocean,
In the heavens and abyss, in gusts of wind and mountains,
In galaxies and distant nebulae,
In that love whose boundary I don't find.

You've kept hidden in the veins on every leaf,
In the dense downpours, and in each raincloud's body,
In ruin's dismay and in sweet consciousness...
In mind's casket; but despite knowing this, I am remiss.
