Rauṋin parii bale jái je uŕe cale
Tomrá sauṋge ámár calo ná
Kotháy ámár desh kabe calár sheś
E kathá jijiṋásá koro ná

Cokh melechi jakhan theke
Oŕár shuru takhan theke
Álok dhárár pathe pathe
Asiimeri asheśa d́áke
Egiye cale jái
Oŕár sheś kakhano halo ná

Bujhi ámi sabár vyathá
Mánavatár kátaratá
Sabáre sauṋge nite cái
Sháshvata káler e sádhaná

রঙিন পরী বলে যাই যে উড়ে’ চলে’
তোমরা সঙ্গে আমার চলো না
কোথায় আমার দেশ কবে চলার শেষ
এ কথা জিজ্ঞাসা কোরো না

চোখ মেলেছি যখন থেকে
ওড়ার শুরু তখন থেকে
আলোক ধারার পথে পথে
অসীমেরি অশেষ ডাকে
এগিয়ে চলে’ যাই
ওড়ার শেষ কখনো হ’ল না

বুঝি আমি সবার ব্যথা
মানবতার কাতরতা
সবারে সঙ্গে নিতে চাই
শাশ্বত কালের এ সাধনা

The colourful fairy flew on, saying:
"why don't you come with me?"
Where is my country, where is my home?
Don't ask me this!

I started flying since i opened my eyes.
In the path of light and in the unending call of the infinite
I moved forward.
My flight has no end.

I understand the pain of all and the lamentation
of the mind.
I want to take all with me.
This is the only desire of the eternal time.
