I propose to merge this portal/project space into Sarkarverse:Central discussion forum for the following reasons—

Reference desk and Discussion forums are redundant.
We may expand Discussion forums and bring all related sections in one place (Sarkarverse:Help desk is a different thing)
If merged, I suggest to leave this page's discussions in "as it is" stage with an "closed/archived" tag'.
