Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Sáthe sáthe theko carańe dhare rekho
Kakhano jeo náko dúr
Jhaiṋjhá vátyáy marmavyatháy
Bhariyá dio tava sur

Tomári cháyáte sabe rahiyáche sukhe
Tava mukhapáne ceye sabái bhuleche duhkhe
Carań dhariyá rabo dúre jete náhi doba
Parasha labhibo madhur

Dośe ná mane rekho ámio tomári go
Vicchede koro ná átur

O lord, always stay with me,
so that i may forever hold your feet.
Never go away.

During storms and cyclones,
and during my inner pains
play your divine melody for me.

Within your shade (shelter), all remain happy.
By contemplating you, all forget their pains.
I shall keep holding your feet.
I will not let loose.
I want to continue feeling your sweet touch.

Do not keep in your mind my faults,
I am yours.
Do not make me become restless,
remaining separated from me.
