Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Sei sonálii svapane ámi
Dekhechi go ek desh
Jethá vaiṋcaná nái kona
Keu dey náko klesh

Sethá kusum madhute bhará
Nái kona káṋt́á táy
Sethá amár áṋdhár cire
Kaomudii jhalakáy
Sethá gopane gahane ke je
Geyeche giiti asheś

Sethá saritá joyáre bhará
Nei kona bháṋt́á táy
Sethá mamatáy buk bhará
Priitidhárá upacáy
Sei álor rájye ese ámi
Peyechi priitira resh

In that golden dream, i saw a continent. in that world,
there was no deprivation; no one inflicted pain to anybody.
There flowers were full of honey, in them there were no thorns.
There the moonlight flashed piercing through the dark night.
There secretly in the recess someone sang the song of infinity.
There the rivers were full of tides, with no recession in them.
There the bosom was full of affection overflowing the stream of love.
Coming into that kingdom of effulgence, i found the trace of love.
