Self-Analysis is the 5th chapter of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti's Ananda Marga Caryacarya Part 1.[1]

Chapter overview

In this chapter Anandamurti-ji told, if an Ananda Margii violates the principles of Yama and Niyama, he/she will confess his/her fault to any Acarya/a and ask for punishment, on that day or on the day of the next dharmacakra.[1]

The Acharya/a will give him punishment in form of service to the society, but they will not accept any kind of service for themselves.[1]

If the rectification of the fault is possible, the Acharya/a will prescribe him to rectify the fault. He will also be suggested to be careful in future so that the mistake is not repeated.[1]

If the nature of the offence is serious, Acharya/a may punish him/her publicly, but the nature of the offence must not be disclosed.[1]

Whether one’s conduct has been defective or not, a statement regarding how far the principles of Yama and Niyama have been followed has to be submitted to the ácárya/á (here ácárya/á means any ácárya/á). In this connection, the date of the previous report should be kept in mind.[1]
