Supreme Desideratum is a discourse given by Shrii Shrii Anandamurti on 1978 September 3 in Patna, India. This discourse is the thirty second chapter of Ananda Vacanamrtam Part 1.[1]

Synopsis

That is, the starting point is that Supreme Entity, and the culminating point of these vibrations is also that Supreme Entity. And to the Puruśa who is the starting-point and who is the Desideratum, to Him I say that He should attach our intellect with the spirit of welfare, with the spirit of shubha. This should be the only prayer for each and every living being.

Shrii Shrii Anandamurti

Anandamurti starts the discourse by saying that the world is vibrational and that through our senses we come in contact with it. He then explains that with the help of Hi's Operative Principle many variations of colors come into play but they aren't infinite. Anandamurti goes on saying that Parama Purusa is the first and last point of all emanations and best would be to have one's intellect attached to the spirit of care for the well being of all.[1]
