Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tomár e bhálabásá (asiime melámeshá)
Káler mukure bhásá dharáy ná dhará dey
Rúp theke rúpátiite chande o sure giite
Ese kon lok hate kotháy bhásiyá jáy

Anádi káler baṋdhu d́hele calo práńe madhu
Kichu ná cáhiyá shudhu háso hiyá alakáy

Já ghat́eche tribhuvane jáhá hay pratikśańe
Hate bákii já sphurańe tava mane jhalakáy

O lord,
this love of yours merges
one into the infinite.

Appearing in the mirror of time,
it does not come into our fold.

From the world of forms to a formless world,
it passes through rhythms, songs and melody.

From which world it came
and where to it floats away remains unknown.

O companion from time immemorial,
continue providing sweetness to my life.

Without expecting anything in return,
You smile your heavenly smile inside my heart.

Whatever events in the three worlds
have happened,
are happening at this very moment now
or are yet to take place,
the vibration of it all keeps glowing in your mind.
