Tomare dekechi gane gane is the 2151st song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tomáre d́ekechi gáne gáne
Dekhechi tomáre práńe
Ár kichutei man náhi máne
T́áno more tava t́áne

Lakśa áshá já antare chilo
Samáháre sabe ek rága halo
Anek háriye eke mile gelo
Priyatama tava dhyáne

Jaŕer májháre tumi cetan
Ajuta ańute cittamohan
Tomáre tuśite gamanágaman
Cali ceye tava páne

I've called You via many songs;
I've witnessed You at heart.
Mind endorses nothing more:
Draw me in by Your attraction.

What hopes numerous[nb 2] that were at core,
In sum all did become the same color.
Having lost enough, they merged as one,
Most Beloved, through Your meditation.

Amid the inert You are consciousness;
In myriad[nb 3] molecules, Psyche's Enchantment.
Coming and going for Your pleasure,
I move, looking Your direction.

Notes

  1. ^ For details on the notation, see Roman Bengali transliteration.
  2. ^ Technically, a lakśa (or lakh) is one hundred thousand. "Numerous" or even "countless" is a figurative meaning.
  3. ^ Technically, ajuta equals ten thousand. "Myriad" is both technically accurate and figurative.
