Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tomáte ámáte kabekár paricay
Ár keu jáne ná tumi jáno
Ańute bhúmáte ei niviŕatáy
Sabár jáná áche tumio máno

Bhúmá cháŕá ańu kichute thákite páre ná
Ańu ná thákile bhúmáo to tháke ná
Duye niye madhurimá duyetei suśamá
Dui mile ek hay máno ná kena

Ácho tumi sab loke aloke áloke
Chandáyita haye prati pale pulake
Mane ácho lukiye liilá karo man niye
Maner kathá kena shuneo ná shono

O lord, yours and mine initial introduction,
when and how happened,
nobody else knows but You know.
the proximity between microcosm and macrocosm
is known to all, You accept that.
Leaving the macrocosm, the microcosm cannot survive
and if microcosm is not there,
Macrocosm also is nonexistent.
the sweetness and beauty is due to both,
both mix together to become one,
why do not you accept.
you are present in all arenas,
and beyond the world, as effulgence.
each moment becomes rhythmic with bliss.
you are hidden within the mind and taking the mind,
perform the divine game, liila’.
why do not you listen to the affairs of the mind
even after hearing.
