Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tomáy ámáy ei paricay
Kon juge keu jáne ná
Jáni tá ducár diner to nay
Kabe theke tumi balo ná

Kon se atiite dhará racechile
Phule phale madhu kena je d́hálile
Báṋcár ákáuṋkśá bhariyá dile
Keu bojhe keu bojhe ná

Keu háráy ná bhiŕe kakhano
Sabáike dekho tumi ananya
Tumi biná káro gati nái kona
Bujheo bujhite páre ná

O lord, this introduction between you and me,
is since which age, nobody knows.
I know it is not for a few ages, but since when, you tell me.
In which distant past, you had created the earth,
and poured honey into the flowers and fruits.
Why did you fill the love for the survival of the self?
Some understand, and some do not.

In order that no one should get lost into the crowd any time,
You observe all absolutely.
No one has any desideratum without you,
even after knowing they do not understand.
