Já kichu mor buker madhu
Doba tomár káje

Phot́e niko ekt́io phul
Sájáte oi carań rátul
Ekt́io phal phaleni to
Dite arghya sáje

Kuiṋje gherá shyámal shobhá
Neiko hetháy manolobhá
Chande giite sure srote
Bharái niko náce
Tabu ele ámár káche

তুমি এসেছো তুমি এসেছো
মরু হিয়ার মাঝে (আমার)
যা কিছু মোর বুকের মধু
দোব তোমার কাজে

ফোটে নিকো একটিও ফুল
সাজাতে ওই চরণ রাতুল
একটিও ফল ফলেনি তো
দিতে অর্ঘ্য সাজে

কুঞ্জে ঘেরা শ্যামল শোভা
নেইকো হেথায় মনোলোভা
ছন্দে গীতে সুরে স্রোতে
ভরাই নিকো নাচে
তবু এলে আমার কাছে

You have come, You have come
Into my arid heart.
Any sweetness in my bosom
I'll dedicate unto Your work.

Not a single flower blooms
To adorn those rosy feet.
Not even one fruit grows
To qualify my offering.

In my arbor ringed by verdant beauty,
Nothing is alluring here.
With rhythmic song and melodic stream,
Or with dancing, never has it been replete.
But still You came near to me.
