Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

(Tumi) Sabáy bhálobásiyácho
Priitir dyuti práńe bharecho
Avajiṋáta avahelita
Mánavatmáre túle dharecho

Je mane paŕeni dág
Je áṋkhi mamatá bháśe
Niśkaluś súrjáloke
Je hiyá nikat́e áse
Sabár marmaváńii
Mukure túle niyecho

Áloker ei ráuṋá rathe
Sabáre nite ceyecho
Sabár calár pathe
Dishárii nije hayecho
Sabár maner vyathá
Anubhave bujhiyácho

Everybody You're befriending;
You've imbued all lives with love's bright gleam.
As to the spurned, neglected beings,
You've raised their personal dignity.

The minds that are not tarnished,
The eyes expressing true compassion,
Those who in sunlight remain spotless,
Near to Thee come such hearts;
And everybody's intimate words
You've lifted from those mirrors.

On light's bright chariot crimson,
You've wanted to bear everyone;
On everybody's path of movement,
You Yourself have been the mentor.
Everyone's mental affliction,
With empathy You've understood.
