বসন্ত আজ হাসলো
শুধু হাসিখুশী এই ধরণীতে
ফুলের মিষ্টি চাহনিতে
ফুলের মধুর মধুতে
(আজ) ছুটে যাই চলো দ্যুলোকের পানে
ছন্দে ও গানে কেকা-পিকতানে
মুছে' ফেলে' দাও সব মলিনতা
ডাক দেয় পাখী মধু রাতে
ঋতুরাজ আজ দ্বারে সমাগত
কোরকেরা আজ সদা জাগ্রত
সরাইয়া দাও সকল জড়তা
প্রাণের উষ্ণ প্রবাহেতে
প্রাণের পরশে সব কিছু হাসে
সব কিছু ভাসে তারই স্রোতে

Spring smiles today,
And on the earth there is only joy.
With the sweet countenance of flowers,
With the sweet nectar of flowers,
Let us rush toward the celestial realm.
With the rhythms and songs
Of cuckoos and peacocks,
Let all impurities be removed.
In the sweetness of the night,
The bird sends forth his call.

The king of seasons has come to the door,
Awakening all the flower buds
And removing all dullness
With the warm current of life.
