Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Áloke esecho tamah sariyecho
Tabu ámi cinite párini
Tumi krpá karo
Bhitare ácho more ghire rayecho
Tabu dekhini áṋkhi tule dharo

Aruń áloke tumi ámáre jágáo
Pákhir kujane mor man bhare dáo
Nandanavana theke je amiya jhare tháke
Se sudháy mor práń-pátra bharo

Man mor nece jáy dúr alakáy
Kona máná náhi mene anante dháy
Tumi ácho sáthe jene tomáre dhare mane
Ámi cali ei mene tumi ámáro

O lord, you came with light, and darkness is removed,
still i could not recognize you, you shower grace.
you are within and also surrounding, still i could not see,
please look at me.
with crimson light, you wake me up, with chirping of birds,
you fulfill my mind.
the nectar that fountains in the garden of heaven,
with that nectar you fulfill the pot of my life.
my mind goes on dancing into distant heaven;
it rushes towards the infinity
without bothering of obstructions.
knowing that you are with me, i hold you in my mind.
i move on with this acceptance that you are mine.
