Amánishár avasáne
Ele priya mane mane
Jata kálo sare gelo
Álo elo púv gagane

Mrńále kamale eki
Liilá raciyácho dekhi
Nata áṋkhi láje d́háki
Bale tomáy cái gahane

Kálo rátri esechilo
Jaŕatáte d́hekechilo
Bhuliye sakal manda bhálo
Beṋdhe máyári báṋdhane

অমানিশার অবসানে
এলে প্রিয় মনে মনে
যত কালো সরে গেল
আলো এল পূব গগনে

মৃণালে কমলে একি
লীলা রচিয়াছো দেখি
নত আঁখি লাজে ঢাকি'
বলে তোমায় চাই গহনে

কালো রাত্রি এসেছিলো
জড়তাতে ঢেকেছিলো
ভুলিয়ে সকল মন্দ-ভালো
বেঁধে' মায়ারই বাঁধনে

O Dear, You came mentally,
at the end of the dark night.
All the darkness was removed
and light came in the eastern sky.
What divine game, liila’,
You have created
through the lotus and its stem,
that I saw. The eyes,
bowed down and covered with shyness,
tell that they want You
in the deep recess.
Dark nights came,
and covered with inertia.
Forgetting all good and bad,
it bound with the bondage
of illusion, ma’ya’.
