গান গেয়ে যাই তোমাকে শোনাই
আর কেবা আছে পৃথিবীতে
মোর বলো মোর বলো
সুর সাধিয়াছি তার বাঁধিয়াছি
তব ভাবে থাকি উচ্ছল

মলয় মাধুরী মননে আমার
যে সুর ভরিয়া দেয় বারে বার
রাগ-রাগিণীতে চিত্তে নিভৃতে
করে মোরে প্রীতি চঞ্চল

যে বীণার তার সুরে বাঁধিয়াছি
শত ভাবে কত ধ্বনি তুলিয়াছি
তোমার প্রেষণা আমার এষণা
করে' দেয় তারে ঝলমল
