According to Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, Krśńa, a highly influential historical personality, had two main roles: Vraja Krśńa and Párthasárathi Krśńa. In both of those roles, Krsna embodies a style of blissful perfection. In devotional terms, Krsna is perceived as the second coming (after Shiva) of Taraka Brahma, God as a universal savior.
Sarkar discusses Krsna at great length in his book, Namami Krsnasundaram.
