The lord is asking: From which unknown bosom have you come
You came from the bosom of some unknown sphere;
and towards which infinity are you floating.
To which kingdom everlasting you go sailing off?
you are replica of cosmic consciousness within him.
You are made of same stuff as consciousness;
tell me what do you want.
Say what exactly do you crave at the cosmic core.
for ages after ages you remained oblivious of your own true self,

and were seeking the real wealth only externally.
Throughout ages yourself you had been forgetting;
you never tried to look within.
Treasure you had sought exclusively externally.
everything is ever hidden within you hence look within.
At your interior has remained everything;
the divine entity, who is your shelter, is shelter of all too.
Swivel eyes around in that direction.
he knows your past and present, even future is located within him.

yet forgetting this truth, where are you looking?
The One Who is your refuge is the refuge of all;
Past and present, He knows your particulars.
Also the future lies dormant in Him only;
Having forgotten that, at whom do you gawk?
