 Anandamurti starts the discourse by saying that each and every object has it's innate and distinctive characteristic, that is to say its particular ''dharma''. Anandamurti then explains that human beings will have to build up a social structure which is in harmony with the laws of ''dharma'' where everyone has the right to live in dignity. Anandamurti goes on saying that the system of meditation taught in [[Ananda Marga]] is based on ''dharma''. Anyone who opposes dharma is actually sowing the seeds for his own demise because ''dharma'' will always be victorious.<ref name="AV4"/>
